Manage Your CreatorFetch Email Replies Straight From Telegram (No Login Needed)

If you run outreach through CreatorFetch, you know the routine. Log in, click into campaigns, find the right one, open the replies tab, then start reading. Fine. Works. But on days when answering creators is the only thing on your list, the clicking adds up.

Two shortcuts exist for that.

The mobile app

There's an iOS and Android app. Useful when you're not at your desk, and frankly a lot of people just prefer their phone for quick checks. The catch is that the app mirrors the full product. Everything lives inside it. So you're still tapping through the same menus to get to replies. A bit faster than a laptop? Sure. But not the leap you might expect.

If the goal is to skip the panel entirely, the app isn't really it.

Telegram is the better move

Honestly, this is the one worth recommending. Ten seconds to set up. Then you forget about it.

Open the CreatorFetch panel, head to Settings, click Connect Telegram. Done. Account linked.

After that, every reply a creator sends to one of your outreach emails shows up in your Telegram. You're not hunting through tabs. You're not logging in just to see if anything came in. The reply just lands where you're already glued to your screen anyway.

Answering from the chat

Reading is half the story. The good part is sending replies from inside Telegram.

Your existing reply templates from CreatorFetch are right there in the chat. Pick one, tweak a sentence if the conversation needs it, send. The creator receives it as a normal email. They have no idea you handled the whole thing from your phone without touching the panel.

If your outreach volume is anything serious, that's the gap between reply management being a daily slog and something you knock out between WhatsApp messages. Try it once. You probably won't crawl back to the old flow.
