These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of creatorfetch.com and our related services (the "Service") operated by CreatorFetch. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and to respect the rights of others. You may not use the Service to send spam, harass anyone, send unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable anti-spam laws, scrape data in violation of a platform's terms, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems. When you contact creators through the Service, you are responsible for the content of your messages and for complying with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations).

Your content

You retain ownership of the product information, files, images, and other content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service for you, including generating and publishing articles you request.

AI-generated content

The Service can generate text and other content using AI. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or sending it. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processors. Plan limits (such as the number of articles per month) are described at checkout and in the app. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (such as email providers, payment processors, and publishing platforms). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outreach or business result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorFetch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
