If you contact creators through the Service, we store the messages, recipients, and delivery status needed to operate the outreach and reply-tracking features. We also collect product information you choose to add (for example, in AI Content Studio), files and images you upload, and usage data such as searches you run and pages you view.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service: authenticating your account, running searches, sending and tracking the emails you initiate, generating and publishing content you request, processing payments, and providing support. We do not sell your personal information.

Email and integrations

If you connect an email account (for example, Gmail) or another integration, we access it only to perform the actions you ask for, such as sending outreach and reading replies to the messages you sent. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your account settings.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by third-party processors (such as Stripe and Apple). We do not store full card numbers. Those processors handle your payment details under their own privacy terms.
